I’m a UX design leader specializing in system-level design and the integration of AI into enterprise workflows. My work focuses on aligning human insight with intelligent systems to accelerate delivery, improve clarity, and reduce design debt across complex organizations. I’ve led multi-team initiatives at Citi, RBC, SVB, Capco, and Guidewire — shaping design strategies that turn abstract complexity into tangible progress.

Led 7 design projects across 3 teams in Citi’s enterprise design organization, setting strategy and producing a reusable Design Environment framework that introduced AI-enhanced user workflows and accelerated delivery across initiatives.
Established UX strategy for the Client Onboarding program and organized SVB’s first live client usability test on a production environment, creating a foundation for evidence-driven design across future product initiatives.
Led several UX projects and drove design operations initiatives at RBC Clear, helping to mature operations and building a reusable component library that enhanced alignment, speed, and quality across digital products.
